This is because our team of engineers are constantly working on developing the latest technologies for comfort. We are innovative, we are dedicated, and we encourage changes to our products. We love our products, and this love for our products and for innovation can be seen in all the models we manufacture.

We are dedicated to creating long-term relations with our partners, suppliers and manufacturers of materials. It makes us happy that some of the best material manufacturers are our business partners. From the very beginning, we are dedicated to using premium materials to help our customers achieve a relaxing sleep. A mattress made of premium materials will help you sleep longer and will affect the quality of your sleep. We obligate our suppliers to comply with minimum quality standards at all stages of the production chain. We purchase materials only from manufacturers who comply with all local and international quality standards and are appropriately certified. This allows us to avoid using elements in the supply chain that do not meet international quality standards for our products.

Start with good support

Your mattress should provide targeted support to your back, regardless of whether it’s a soft or firm mattress. A mattress that doesn’t provide enough support to your back can lead to back pain, and the ideal position of your back while lying down should be the same as when standing. A mattress that is too firm will tend to push up against your shoulder and hips and fail to support the lower part of your back or side, while soft mattresses often deform and cause your back to follow the curve of the mattress. Only a high-quality mattress will provide proper pressure on all points of the body, this support should be felt evenly along the length of your body, especially in the midle and lower back. A mattress that conforms to the shape of your body will evenly distribute your weight and eliminate high-pressure areas, typically the shoulders and hips. This allows you to relax in the deeper stages of sleep, which provide the most restorative support for your body.

Usually, you change your sleeping position several times during the night, it is necessary for stretching and relaxing your back and muscles. If your mattress doesn’t respond well enough, changing your sleeping position will cause your muscles to exert more energy, affecting your sleep cycle and quality of sleep. This will increase the number of turnovers and lead to poor sleep because your body is constantly trying to find a comfortable position.

Temperature and humidity balance

During the night, while your body is at rest, sweat is released in the form of water vapor. Humidity affects heartbeats - when the body temperature rises and moisture is created, the pulse increases. This in turn increases the blood pressure and causes a shallower sleep. You may wake up in sweat, unable to fall back asleep, or simply wake up in the morning feeling like you haven’t slept enough. At a time when you should rest, your heart is not rested.

We use materials that dry quickly, allowing good air circulation. In combination with patented springs in the core, they do not allow the accumulation of moisture and accelerate the drying process. Together, these components create a hygienic, dry and healthy sleeping environment.

Healthy breathing

There is no other piece of furniture in your life that you spend more time in close proximity to, which is why mattresses should be hypoallergenic and tested for chemical safety, providing a safe and healthy breathing environment by reducing the intake of unsafe chemicals and allergens from the body. All of our components are certified with the Oekotex Standard and therefore

Materials

We have worked for a long time on sleep research in order to understand what happens when we sleep, the results of this research have taken us in which direction we need to develop our mattresses. Our end goal and vision is to create an ideal mattress, we want people, our customers, to sleep better, to wake up rested, happy and relaxed. We managed to achieve our vision by applying the research findings in selecting the right materials that we incorporate into our mattresses. When the mattress has the appropriate materials, it can be specially adapted to you.

Your body can rest for longer periods in deep sleep, providing better relaxation, strengthening, and improving your health. Therefore, we present to you our selection of premium, carefully chosen, certified, and innovative materials. We introduce to you the characteristics and benefits of each component incorporated into our mattresses.

TENCEL Fabric

Over the years, significant investments have been made in creating high-quality fabrics which are used in mattress production. Some of the best results are achieved through the creation of TENCEL Fabric. TENCEL has gained popularity in recent years due to its outstanding characteristics. It is naturally soft to the touch because it has a very smooth surface, making it gentle on the skin, so even people with sensitive skin do not feel irritation. The smooth surface of this fabric absorbs and releases moisture, by effectively supporting the thermal regulation of the body, and this hydrophilic function of Tencel keeps the body cool during sleep.

TENCEL is an incredibly durable fabric when cared for properly, therefore keep your mattress away from extreme heat and it will last for a long time. Additionally, since TENCEL fibers are breathable, water-resistant, and naturally antibacterial, they are an excellent material for our hypoallergenic and antibacterial mattresses. The smooth surface of Tencel allows deep penetration of the color into the structure of the fabric, adding a beautiful shine to the fabric and making it less prone to fading.

Platinum Care 3D Fabric

Premium fabric with multi-action, antibacterial, anti-stress, anti-static and anti-inflammatory effect. These characteristics of the fabric have been achieved by adding woven Silver fibers, which destroy bacteria, viruses, and fungi with their properties. In addition to being a natural antibiotic, it is also used to strengthen the immune system by giving it power, energy, and vitality. It strengthens the skin and acts preventively in the occurrence and development of allergies and fungal infections by repelling dust particles and dead skin cells, which otherwise accumulate on the mattress, thus causing the disappearance of dust mites.

These fibers deposit excess moisture into the structure itself, making the surface dry and unsuitable for the development of dust mites and other microorganisms.

ECO Fabric

Our ECO fabric is made from one of the most eco-friendly fibers in the world, thanks to the hollow fibers, it stays cool in summer, warm in winter and breathes excellently. Its tensile strength contributes to long-term use of the mattress without deformation. It is hypoallergenic, antibacterial, antifungal, absorbs up to 95% of UV rays, and protects the body from the electrostatic field. It is 100% natural, 100% biodegradable and 100% sustainable.

Horse Tail + black cocoa Comfort Layers Horsehair is only used in the best mattresses that offer a combination of support and comfort, and it is only found in premium mattresses on the market. The mattresses should serve two purposes, to be comfortable and supportive. The horsehair possesses both elements. The horsehair and black coconut shell combination in mattress sheets are considered an exceptionally durable product that can withstand absolutely anything. Due to its structure, the horsehair fibers are entirely different from the other layers in the mattress sheets, as they do not stay compressed.

The horsehair fibers we use are sterilized before they are incorporated into our mattresses, thereby removing all bacteria, as they naturally repel all kinds of mites. The built-in sheets guarantee a healthy sleeping space.

Horsehair helps with this by removing moisture because the fibers of horsehair are hollow, allowing for free flow and air ventilation. Its natural properties increase air circulation, which helps your mattress dry much faster than other synthetic materials commonly used in mattresses today.

If you buy a mattress that includes horsehair, you get more than just comfort and support. You get a mattress that has had a lot of time and skill invested in it, and with it, you will get the best that mother nature can offer.

Camel Hair

Incredible but true, camel hair cools down during warmth and warms up during cold, which is why camel hair fibers easily regulate temperature. Camels live in the desert, where temperatures can drop below zero at night and rise above 40 degrees Celsius during the day. Thanks to their hair, camels can withstand these temperature changes, and by using it in our products, we contribute to a peaceful and high-quality sleep for our customers.

Our camel hair fibers are of exceptional quality, made from the pure undercoat of the Bactrian camel from Mongolia. Their fine hair is ideal for use in mattresses, providing elasticity, excellent temperature balance, and outstanding moisture and temperature regulation capabilities under all thermal conditions. They have a fine undercoat and an outer coarse layer of hair that work together to balance and protect them from extreme temperatures in their environment.

Herders are nomadic people who collect camel fibers through hand combing the strips of shed fibers that the animal sheds in the spring. Camels are brushed, and the fibers are then collected. Camels are not sheared because that would disrupt their thermoregulation. Since the coarser hair is not desired for our purpose, the material goes through a process of mechanical separation of the heavier and coarser hair, leaving only 25–35% soft, fine camel hair.

Carding is a mechanical process by which fibers are opened up, cleaned, and combined to create a continuous web for further processing. The resulting web of fibers is cut to the required width and length, wound, packed, and delivered to our factory.

Kokos Comfort Layers

The fibers on the outer covering of the coconut, known as latexed fibers, are called coconut fibers. The filling material is relatively firm, durable, elastic, and dimensionally stable, retains heat and breathes, is insensitive to moisture. The coconut has made life more comfortable for centuries, besides being incredibly durable and flexible, it also redirects static electricity. According to studies, static electricity can cause headaches, dry mucous membranes and itchy skin. An overloaded human body can attract unwanted particles from the environment, which can trigger or worsen allergies. By using the coconut in carefully calculated layers in our mattresses, we remove static electricity from your body and help you create more positive energy while you sleep.

Based on the idea that our body naturally knows what’s right for it, we have developed highly elastic mattresses that can perfectly adapt to every shape. Each product is made up of several layers of natural materials, with firm layers such as coconut fibers providing support for body weight. At the same time, coconut is a fantastic absorber of noise and vibrations, contributing to a restful sleep that allows your body to regenerate in peace and comfort.

Pocket springs

We constantly seek new ways to bring innovations to our products, and the first pocket spring mattress was invented by an English engineer and machinist named James Marshall. During the era of continuous spring mattresses, the introduction of his patented “Marshall coil” was revolutionary in the mattress industry, composed of individual springs that were placed in connected pockets of fabric. His concept allowed the coils to function independently from each other. These pocket springs provide perfect body support compared to mattresses with continuous wire coils from that time, in which the rows of coils were formed from a single piece of wire.

A pocket spring mattress is made of individual pocket springs, each spring enclosed in its own fabric pocket. By functioning independently from each other, each spring responds only to the pressure applied to that specific area, resulting in a higher level of personalized support and response to the body. That’s because individually wrapped coils can adjust to the changing positions and contours of the body without causing a response in the entire mattress and disrupting the sleep of the partner. However, we didn’t stop there. We soon realized that more springs meant greater comfort, which spurred the development of high-density springs.

What makes a spring system is not just the number, but the different placements, the combination of the spring dimension, height and number of coils determine the quality and properties of the spring system.

This technology is precise and particularly impressive. For example, the higher the number of coils, the higher the quality of the mattress and the longer its lifespan. However, too many coils can affect the compression of the spring.

Our Pocket springs for mattresses are designed with 7 or 5 comfort zones for comfort and complete body support. Each zone individually corresponds to different parts of your body. The shoulder zone is softer because the shoulders protrude more. The lumbar and pelvic regions are firmer because they are the heaviest parts of our body and require greater support to keep our spine in its natural position. The knees, legs, and feet will be supported by softer areas. The firmer middle zone will also prevent sagging of the mattress and ensure a longer lifespan of your mattress. The 7th and 5th zones also make the pressure distribution easier, which promotes proper blood circulation.

Micro Pocket Springs

In an effort to increase the quality of our products, we have started to use micro or HD (high definition) pocket springs for mattresses. Pocket springs with HD (high density) or Micro springs are small pocket springs that many mattress manufacturers use to significantly increase the number of springs in the mattress. With their use, we have achieved micro pressure adaptation when lying on your mattress, advanced and progressive comfort, as Micro springs or HD springs are designed to provide additional “support layers” when used in mattresses.

We use Micro springs as the first layer for the base of the mattress because Micro springs compress very quickly, and they have the advantage of “micro-adaptations” since they are only about 4 cm high, and you use them as a support layer. Micro springs do not move as a whole, unlike traditional open-coil mattresses. This helps to prevent the springs from working together and reduces the transfer of movement to other areas of the mattress, as each Micro spring works individually to properly support your body. As a result, the mattress with Micro spines is particularly useful if: You and your partner have a different weight.

You have a tendency to turn over during the night. You have back problems. The best system in its class reduces motion transfer, keeps the spine aligned, alleviates back pain, distributes weight evenly, relieves pressure points, and maintains the contours of your body’s natural curves.

PU foam

The most important thing when choosing polyurethane foam is to choose foam that has good elasticity and point pressure resistance, as well as excellent air permeability. Our expert team conducted extensive analysis and testing of polyurethane foams to obtain the ideal combination of different polyurethane foams for each part of the mattress separately. We use OEKO-TEX certified Polyurethanes (highest class) which guarantee the use of non-toxic substances or any materials harmful to humans and the environment, which have a good tendency to provide precise support to your body. Our foams have excellent orthopedic characteristics, provide natural support for your back, and provide anatomical support to the muscular mass. In any case, if pain is disrupting your sleep, purchasing our mattress can significantly help you achieve proper alignment of your back. The heavier parts of the body, such as the shoulders and hips, sink into the mattress, but the lighter parts of the body are still well supported for natural spine alignment. The ability to support the natural curvature of the spine is a huge health and well-being benefit, as well as a way to reduce pain.

HR foam

Highly flexible foam reduces body movements and provides complete support for the back, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The foam with high resistance differs from other polyurethane foams because it contains a PU blend that gives the mattress a gentle bounce effect and superior support. The highly elastic polyurethane foam with improved resistance to compression, obtained by reacting in the presence of a blowing agent and a catalyst for polyurethane formation, organic polyisocyanate, and polyol component, provides improved resistance to shrinking for highly elastic polyurethane foam, where the resulting foam has improved openness in the absence of consecutive crushing. This results in a product that is pressure-resistant, remains unchanged after prolonged use, and provides special structural stability to the mattress.

Memory foam

Memory foam is a highly elastic foam, a type of polyurethane foam with high density, it reduces body heat and pressure, which gives a pleasant feeling of hugging the body. Memory foam is durable and supports most sleeping styles. It is made up of billions of open-cell small balloon-like structures that react to pressure and temperature. The memory foam provides an incredible feeling without pressure, proven to enhance blood circulation during sleep and provide a peaceful sleep without unnecessary awakenings and excessive movements. The key quality parameter is the mass in kg/m3 or the density of the foam, which is not a measure of strength, but a measure of quality.

The memory sensitivity of memory foam is a feature that many people desire, but the temperature dependence of memory foam is precisely what, in addition to density, makes the difference between high-quality memory foam and average memory foam. Thermosensitivity is what actually makes memory foam so unique, because after rolling on the mattress, the body’s temperature starts to affect the mattress, making it softer at higher temperatures.

Latex

Over time, many mattresses can lose their support, which often results in poor sleep quality. Latex is known for its elasticity, always returning to its original form. As a result, it experiences only minimal loss of height and firmness over the years, but few know that it is durable and does not lose its properties and characteristics over the course of time. When you first lie down on a latex mattress, you may initially feel a soft sink, followed by strong support. This is due to the natural elasticity of latex and it feels incredibly comfortable. With a gentle cradling of your body, it provides instant relief of pressure, which activates the healthy blood circulation.

A mattress that contains latex is an ideal choice for those with back or joint pain. Many healthcare professionals such as osteopaths, physiotherapists, and chiropractors recommend a mattress that contains Latex to alleviate pain. This is due to the comfort and cushioning properties of latex, as well as its ability to promote natural spine alignment. Mattresses have a tendency to trap heat and become too warm during the night, but thanks to the open-cell structure of Latex, and the formation of millions of microscopic air pores, latex breathes. This helps your body cool down in summer and stay warm in winter, with no more sweating, because the open-cell structure transfers moisture and heat through your mattress for its quick evaporation.
